All material on our webpages is presented according to our best knowledge. We abdicate liability for errors and shortcomings, and all use of the material is at your own risk. This also applies to material otherwise made available to our customers or the public through our consultancy or our publications, printed as well as electronic.

We depend upon third parties for data management and payments. We have assigned the company Internet123 to host our webpages, while the company Stripe arranges secure payments. They are reputable companies, each in their own field, and we abdicate responsibility for the parts of data management and payments, arranged by these companies and beyond our control.

We hold the copyright to all material on our webpages, as well as for any other materials produced or published by maprao.dk, printed or electronic. Representation or reproduction of the material without written prior agreement is not permitted and will be prosecuted to the full extend of applicable law. To a lesser extend, quotes are permitted without prior agreement, subject to clear indication of the source and with a link to maprao.dk.

Personal Data

In order to buy, advertise, subscribe or hold membership, you must as minimum inform maprao.dk of your name, address, email and phone number. These data are kept for 5 years, including data on which materials and services you have purchased. After this period, these data are deleted.

If you have subscribed or held a membership, your personal data and your order history, will not be deleted unless you specifically ask us to.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties, unless as part of a restructuring or sale of the company or a part thereof. In that case, any handover of personal data will be in accordance with the applicable laws governing personal data at the time.

As a customer, you have the right to be informed which personal data we have registered on you and you may object to the registration in accordance with the regulations of the law of personal data management. If you wish to do so, please inform maprao.dk, using above contact details.

Subscription and Membership

Paid subscription and membership will expire automatically at the end of the period paid for and then automatically converted to free subscription or free membership, respectively.

As a subscriber or a member, paid or free, you accept to receive occasional newsletters from maprao.dk.

Paid subscriptions or memberships cannot be canceled during the period paid for.

Free subscriptions or memberships can be canceled at any time.

Advertising

Any advertisement will be shown on all webpages under the co-domain within which the ad has been purchased.

We reserve the right to reject an advertisement without explanation.

The advertising expires at the end of the advertising period.

Prior to expiry, the advertiser can terminate without reimbursement the advertising at any time. Likewise, we reserve the right to terminate without reimbursement the advertising at any time, if the contents of the linked website changes significantly from what was originally accepted or if the advertiser has acted in a way deemed to damage our reputation.

Advertisements and their links may be changed, within reason, during the advertising period, if so agreed by us.

Advertisers with maprao.dk have no influence on the contents of our webpages, including other advertisers and advertisements, what so ever.

Prices and Payment

Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Prices are stated in Danish Kroner (kr.) or Euro (€) and payment is made in the stated currency.

Our prices are fixed and individual discounts are not possible. However, we reserve the right to change the prices according to demand at any time. Obviously, this will have no impact on already purchased materials or services. The current prices will always be publicly displayed at the relevant webpages.

Payments are made in advance, online or by bank wire transfer according to invoice.

In the case of online payment, the total amount is deducted immediately and the purchase takes effect.

Delivery

Advertising and consultancy start after receipt of payment at the agreed time. Subscription and memberships normally begin within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Electronic materials are delivered by email within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. Physical materials are packed and dispatched from Denmark within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment, followed by standard postal delivery time.

Cancellation, Return and Reimbursement

Purchases with maprao.dk may not be canceled. Thus, neither return nor reimbursement are offered.

However, we are always receptive to criticism, positive as well negative. If you are dissatisfied with us, please tell us. If you are satisfied with us, please tell your friends. Your satisfaction is our livelihood.
